2. Products and pricing

  • All products are collectible scale model cars and toys intended for display and hobby use.
  • We make every effort to display product colours, details and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

4. Payments

We accept payments through UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Online payments are processed securely through verified third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or UPI details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed and delivered as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, is the property of Toyfy or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in any activity that could harm the website, other users or our business.

9. Limitation of liability

Toyfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
