Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation

Only fully prepaid orders can be cancelled. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial COD (part paid online, the rest paid on delivery) cannot be cancelled.

You may cancel a fully prepaid order before the product is shipped. To cancel, email us at toyfy.in@gmail.com with your order ID, and our team will assist you.

Fully prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Discounted and promotional items follow the same rules as any other order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Blue Dart & Delhivery. Products are expected to be delivered within 2–5 days after leaving the warehouse, and all orders are trackable.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Free shipping is available only on fully prepaid orders. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial COD have a shipping charge, which is shown at checkout before you place the order.
